The Nomad (Awakening)

Commander Jack Neel sacrificed half his fleet in battle with the Symbians. It was the only way he could win the final battle and insure the safety of Earth, Venus and Mars. It was a heavy price to pay. One that would see Jack and his crew sent away on a deep space exploration quest to the far side of the galaxy, that would take them on an eighty-thousand year round trip as reward.
